Fresno, CA & Dubuque, IA – 2/3/10 – ShoWare^TM by VisionOne, Inc has officially launched the ticketing system for one of their newest clients, Grand Opera House.

The Grand Opera House is the oldest theater in Dubuque and was built in 1889-1890 at an estimated cost of $65,000. Done in the Richardsonian architectural style, the original facade consists of St. Louis brick facing with Bayfield red sandstone trim. Dubuque's rich heritage is brought to life at the Grand Opera House.

Today, it is recognized for the live performances shown throughout the year. Also, other events, such as special lectures by national figures invited to the area by local educational institutions are held at the Grand.

Wanted to tell you all thanks and give you a high-5 for your quick responses this morning!
When I showed the Gen Manager the Verisign Manager - with the morning's transactions all right there, she said, "I'm going to hug you." This is a huge advantage when we sell!
They continue to find ways the new system will save them time and manpower - and now want to move all their shows onto our system asap - even the ones that are half-sold.
