Bogota, Medellin, Cali - Columbia – 8/31/09 – VisionOne Chile launches partnership with TicketExpress, the second largest ticketing site in Columbia.

TicketExpress has been a leading force in the ticketing world in Columbia competing head-to-head with Ticketmaster for large live event ticket sales. TicketExpress has three Columbian offices located in Bogota, Medellin, and Cali.

In July of this year the ShoWareTM developers from both the Chile and Mexico offices teamed up for extensive custom development to ensure they could meet the needs of TicketExpress. August 22 saw the first official on-sale through the new TicketExpress system in Bogota. Medellin and Cali are completed, but waiting for necessary Government certification to officially launch each of their individual sites.

TicketExpress will sell over one million tickets annually and with their sights set on being the number one ticketing site in the country they are quickly on their way to exceeding their goals.

Wow, great website – attractive and very well designed. “Stuff” works the way you expect it to! Seat selection and confirmation of purchase left me feeling comfortable and confident that my transaction had been processed successfully.
I don’t know if it’s canned software or not, but if it’s yours, you certainly deserve a lot of credit. I’m a programmer and I get jealous when I see a web site that works as well as this one. I wonder if management realizes how important having a net presence as good as this one is to the bottom line.
